An established OB-GYN practice in the Museum District is looking for a full-time front desk individual to handle multi-line phone system, check in/out patients, triage with providers, and have EMR experience to input and retrieve patient information. Must have experience in medical billing, understanding verification, eligibility, deductibles, collections on co-insurance, co-pays, and balances.

Applicants must:
Be extremely personable, detail-oriented, and courteous, with excellent communication skills.
Must possess excellent phone and computer skills including use of MS Office, and multiple social media platforms; Familiarity with Greenway PrimeSuite EMR is a plus.
Must be absolutely reliable, punctual, and committed to a long-term position.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years experience as a front desk receptionist in a medical office
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with medical billing
• Experience with social media marketing
• Cross-trained preferred

Private Ob/Gyn Practice in the Houston’s Museum District is seeking to hire an experienced Ob/Gyn Medical Assistant to assist in verifying insurance, checking patients in and out, answering phones, scheduling appointments, rooming patients, documenting encounters and patient calls in EMR, calling lab results to patients and assisting in office procedures. An experienced Front Desk/Medical Assistant with Infertility Patients is helpful.  Experience in Greenway Prime Suite is a plus.

Medical Assistant must be able to multitask, be detail oriented, and have excellent communication skills.

This is a full time job Monday-Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm with no weekends.
