I have been a patient at this clinic for 18years best decision I ever made he delivered both of my kids. The atmosphere is welcoming the staff is loving and the Dr’s bedside manner is sweet, kind and patient.

Dr Isam Balat is so amazing! He has been my dr for 11 years and I am so extremely thankful for him and his practice. Genuinely cares and provides the greatest experience. He delivered my 2 miracle babies and we are forever thankful!

So far so good 😊.I choose this place based on the reviews of Dr. Balat (the father). So many people had good things to say about him. That he was kind, patient and listen to the concerns of the pregnant mamas. When I called to confirm I learned he was out of practice but, his son was continuing. So I’ve giving his son Dr. Michael Balat a try. As a result, I have to say I’m happy. He listens to me as well and makes sure to wait and see if I got all my questions out gives me suggestion to help prevent problems that I experienced in my last pregnancy. I came out feeling confident and happy each time. I look forward to this journey with Dr. Balat.Also staff is so sweet to me and very friendly.

I love this office. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Isam Balat for 10 years. He delivered 3 of my children. We had minor issues prior to getting pregnant that he surgically dealt with. Fixed me “too good” I like to say because I had 3 kids in 5 years. He’s always helped me to stay on top of my endo and he’s thorough with an excellent bedside manner. Fully and completely recommend this office.

Dr. Islam Balat was my mom’s OBGYN and delivered me, he was my OBGYN for most of my life and both Dr. Islam Balat and his son, Dr. Michael Balat delivered my son via c-section. They are incredible doctors, they genuinely care about their patients and their lives. They ask about my mom, grandmother, my husband, and my son each time I see them. I wouldn’t dream of having a different OBGYN. Each time that I have gone to other doctors that were closer to my home, I always end up back with the Balats.

I came there a little late in my pregnancy (about 30 weeks). In that time they left a great impression! The staff is super friendly. The wait time is great. Clean & nice environment. I delivered my baby a few days ago with Dr. Zeid. He is great & makes sure that your baby is getting the best chances. I would definitely recommend him & plaza OB-GYN 💕

Dr. Michael Balat has been a lifesaver. I was on the verge of needing a blood transfusion when I came to him, very sick and suffering from excessive bleeding due to uterine fibroids. I’d already had several procedures with different gynecologist with no relief.Dr. Balat is extremely knowledgeable in fibroids and an excellent surgeon. He removed the fibroids and inserted and IUD. Three years later I am no longer anemic and have not bled since. The surgery process and recovery was a breeze.Dr. Balat’s bedside manner is excellent and I always enjoy going in for my yearly paps. He is sure to ask how I’m doing and address any and all concerns. If I am experiencing issues, his staff is always quick to get me an appointment and I never have to wait long.It’s hard to find good doctors that genuinely care. I’m so grateful I found this doctor and wouldn’t go to anyone else!

I’ve been coming to Plaza OB-GYN facility for 15 years. One of my church members referred me because Dr. Balat delivered her baby and he exceeded her expectations. Every since then I made him my obgyn and he’s so polite, informative, educated, patient and a great listener. He loves his patients and cares a lot. Lately, I’ve been going to his son Micheal Balat which he’s in the same facility- he’s awesome as well. Always knows the right things to say and will offer great suggestions and so kind hearted. I love it here and I’ve already referred so many people here. Also, the staff is kind and the wait times have improved tremendously.

Dr. Michael Balat has been a blessing for our little family. We have experienced precious pregnancy loss and coming to him has been the best decision. He is compassionate, listens and NEVER rushes you and also is just overall so respectful. His nurses are really great too. I hadn’t seen him since December 2022 and I am glad I came back as he has a new team who is on top of their stuff and also super kind. Also the sweet lady that does the blood draws is amazing and I don’t hate getting blood taken as much as I imagined with her. I can’t wait to be his patient for a long time to come.

You can’t put a price on the service you will receive here. I LOVE THEM. Dr Balat treats me like a DAUGHTER of his. He reconnected something in my abdomen that had me numb for over 22 years. Before him I couldn’t feel my hand on the bottom of my stomach when I touched it and I would get numb in my legs and I was no longer tickerlish under my feet 👣 but now I can’t stand to be tickled again. The doctors and staff are always so friendly and helpful. They are efficient and get you on with your day, but not at the expense of listening to all of your concerns and answering all your questions. By far the best medical care and experience I’ve received.

Appt was for 3:30 they were a little slow on getting me to the back and me seeing the Dr. But overall it was a last-minute appt and I was just happy to be seen. Everything else was professional and on point. Dr Balat is a very caring physician and that's why he's been my physician for 40 years

Dr Isam Balat is an excellent doctor! This was my first major surgery and i was very nervous and afraid to address my large fibroids along with excruciating pain and multiple cycles within the month. He listened to my concerns and objections and answered all my questions and concerns. On the day of the surgery everything with extremely well and I began to recover quite quickly ahead of the healing curve. During the post op follow-up visits him and his staff were very supportive and friendly and generally cared about my progress as a patient. I have such a better quality of life now and I attribute that to Dr. Islam Balat and his expertise. So blessed to have found such a great doctor.

I have been seeing Dr. Isam Balat for over 20 years. His medical knowledge, attention to detail, and a desire to completely care for his patients are some of the reasons I will never leave. I suffered with endometriosis and PCOS for years. Dr. Balat did so many things to help us conceive before they became mainstream knowledge. I remember him telling me that he read this or that success story in a medical journal and that research had proven that it was helping patients, so we would see if I also had success, and then sure enough it would become mainstream knowledge a year or two later. He’s humble and willing to look at what leading researchers are finding. I don’t think I would have been able to have 2 successful births without his help. I am forever grateful that my friend referred me to Dr Balat. I’ve never met such a caring doctor. Go see him! You won’t regret it.

Highly recommend the staff and nurses is very nice and Dr Zeid is a blessing from god he really saved me and my daughters life back in 2020 i was high risk and he really made sure me and baby was going to be just fine I'm currently with child again and he's taken every precaution to prevent any risk from last time. Dr. Isam Balat is phenomenal! Before I found him (via recommendation from a family member) I had been to 5 other OBGYN’s who could not help me and would just tell me I was too overweight and never find the root of the problem. Since seeing Dr. Balat I have had 2 kids and yes I need help with my weight and he is helping me there. But he is extremely thorough and takes care of me as a whole from the inside out. Not to mention he is kind, compassionate and personal. I love the nursing staff as well and even his son has come to the practice since I’ve been going and I’ve seen him a couple of times. He’s great too! I can’t recommend this office and these doctors more! I have never felt more seen, hear, cared for and understood so much in a doctors office as I have here. I really like my doctor, Dr. Michael Balat. He is very personable. He asks relative questions and he asks if I have questions/concerns. Then we start talking and laughing about other things. He's really good!

Dr. Balat is amazing.... hands down I give him 5 out of 5 stars but my rating would be a 3 out of 5 for the staff. The ones that answer the phones are ridiculous and kind of rude and dismissive. The nursing staff is a bit incompetent as well. It's so sad because we encounter them more than we do the doctor and it's always a nightmare. In 6 years this is my first year contemplating going to a different clinic.Update: thank you for the reply but you don't need to know my name in order to address the complaints. Tell the staff to do better and have manners when dealing with patients. The doctor is amazing. His staff needs work! Also, I just looked and there are 100s of reviews that say the same thing about the staff. So my advise would be don't put too much effort trying to investigate who I am channel that energy in to etiquette training for the staff.

Dr.Zeid is fantastic. Always to the point and answers any questions i have. So far my experience has been nothing but pleasant. I have yet to deliver but I will update on my experience after delivery.Check in and check out staff are always friendly and welcoming. The nurses are all super nice and make me feel comfortable. I have been to other clinics with grouchy staff and this clinic is the opposite, they always treat clients respectfully & with smiles on their faces.Facilities are VERY clean every visit. Lobby/waiting area is immaculate, cozy and spacious.Service times are fast. I have never waited more than 10 minutes to be seen. I’m usually in and out within an hour or less.

Dr. Isam Balat is the best! He is thorough, he knows his patients, and remembers their history. He solves problems and attacks every issue or concern with a favorable outcome. He however will always run late because he has such a full schedule. Even with the delays I have to experience, it is well worth it! I have been a patient of his for the last 10 years. I wouldn’t go to anyone else.

First visit with Dr.Michael Balat this morning and both doctor and his staff were great. I’d say the best experience I have had in an OB practice. Emergency Room visit over the weekend. It’s Monday. These people don’t even know me. I’m in excruciating pain! The Doctor gave me an ultrasound the first day. He comes highly recommended because he’s my daughters’ doctor. Guess what? Surgery is in the morning! He treated me like I was his very own daughter. He found the Issue and took me serious. He said he’s taking care of everything for me to deal with this only a few more hours. I’m doing a review after my procedure and I’m going to let you know the real deal of how everyone treats me. Today I was very impressed with the service I received. I didn't have to wait long as I've had to in the past. And Dr. Michael Balat was very professional and helpful today and took his time. I must admit my last few visits were not so good. But today was great, and I felt my doctor was genuine and cared.

I love Dr.Balat (Son) and his staff is always so helpful and personable. He takes his time to explain everything and always is very patient. Never have had to wait if I have an appointment scheduled. 10/10

I have been coming here for several years and always had a good experience. Dr. Zeid and his nurses are great. There is free street parking nearby.

I recommend Dr. Zeid Louay. I first saw him for my 3 month postpartum check up. He was not pushy, he has a high emotional intelligence, and he is genuinely caring. His nurse, Danielle, is efficient and caring as well. Whenever I call she gets back to me immediately with a resolution. This means alot to me.Now, there is a parking fee for the garage and the waiting room is a bit chaotic, but sometimes we have to be understanding in order to get the best care 🙂. I give them 5 stars!

Dr.Zeid is the best! Took care of me my whole pregnancy and even performed my c-section! His staff was amazing as well. Thank you for everything.

Although I love Dr Balat, the wait time is ridiculous. I always have to wait 45 minutes to be called in. Very annoying. I’m only 13 weeks and I’m seriously considering changing doctors for this reason. I’m pregnant, no feeling good, last thing I want to do if be at the doctors for two hours every few weeks.

Dr zeid and his nurses are amazing, he’s the most caring and understanding dr I have ever had . He delivered my first baby . he’s always reachable and patiently answers all of your questions and he make sure you understand everything when explaining things to you.

Dr. Zeid is the best doctor. Always reachable in case of emergency, even late hours. Always friendly, explains everything in details. Very experienced and professional. His nurses are very friendly too.

Dr. Balat is wonderful. The care I receive from Dr. Balat is grand. He listens to me, takes his time and really gives great information. I've been seeing him for years. He has guided me through my infertility, referred me to amazing fertility doctors, and has performed several surgeries (all gone great). Dr Balat has also delivered my two pregnancies, one which was high risk. Thank you Dr. Balat.
